These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bdtk10 ("bdtk10", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bdtk10.vip and its associated mobile interfaces.

By creating a bdtk10 account, depositing funds, placing bets, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the bdtk10 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the bdtk10 platform.

bdtk10 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms take effect immediately upon publication at https://bdtk10.vip/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain a bdtk10 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the bdtk10 platform or self-excluded under the platform's responsible gaming tools.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bdtk10.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

bdtk10 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and residential address at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, and recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bdtk10 will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure.

All financial transactions on the bdtk10 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. bdtk10 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bdtk10 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by bdtk10's finance team within one business day. Mobile wallet payouts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) typically complete within minutes of approval. Bank transfers complete within one business day of approval.
• bdtk10 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be held pending until satisfactory verification is completed.
• If your account has an active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements, you may not withdraw your real-money balance until the applicable wagering requirement has been met, unless you choose to forfeit the bonus balance.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method will, where possible, be returned via that same method.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bdtk10 platform. Specific game rules published within each game interface take precedence over these general rules where they conflict.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bdtk10 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where an obvious technical error has occurred and bdtk10 elects to void the affected round.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round or sports event in progress, bdtk10 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Maximum payout limits apply per single bet and per calendar day. These limits are displayed within each game or market. bdtk10 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the published maximum payout limits.
• bdtk10 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to events on the field, official delays, or technical requirements. Bets placed before suspension are settled at the odds confirmed at placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk10 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, staff, or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit inconsistencies between bdtk10 odds and those offered by other operators, where such activity is identified by our risk management systems as abusive.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity.

bdtk10's risk management and fraud detection systems operate continuously. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be investigated, and bdtk10 reserves the right to take all appropriate remedial action without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bdtk10 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never disclose your password to any person, including bdtk10 support staff. bdtk10 staff will never ask for your full password.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify bdtk10 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.

bdtk10 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. However, if you report a compromise promptly, bdtk10 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, reverse unauthorised transactions.

All data transmitted between your device and the bdtk10 platform is protected by TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. bdtk10 does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

All content on the bdtk10 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bdtk10 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdtk10 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software.
• Create derivative works based on platform content or software.
• Use the bdtk10 name, logo, or brand assets for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

Any breach of these intellectual property provisions will result in immediate termination of your licence and account, and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk10 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bdtk10 platform.
• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond bdtk10's reasonable control (including internet service outages, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events).
• Any error or inaccuracy in odds or game results that was not directly caused by bdtk10's own systems, where bdtk10 voids the affected bets and returns stakes.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security as described in these Terms & Conditions.

In any event, bdtk10's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdtk10 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online service agreements. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through bdtk10's internal complaint process shall be subject to binding arbitration.

To initiate a complaint, you must contact bdtk10 support at [email protected], providing a clear description of the issue, the date and time it occurred, and any relevant account or transaction reference numbers. bdtk10 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within five business days.

bdtk10 operates in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All timestamps referenced in dispute investigations are recorded in BST.

bdtk10 takes its duty of care to players seriously. All users are encouraged to set personal limits and monitor their gaming activity regularly. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total funds you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — caps on the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — notifications that alert you when you have been active for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion — a tool that closes your account and prevents re-registration for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently.
